What materials are your bracelets made from?

Our bangles are made from durable copper with a silver-plated finish for lasting shine. 

Is the bracelet adjustable?

Yes. The bracelet has a lightly adjustable open-cuff design, meaning you can gently tighten or widen it for comfort. However, it is not fully bendable, so we offer three recommended size options to ensure the best fit:

  • Kids (Small)

  • Teens (Medium)

  • Adults (Standard)

If you are unsure or between sizes, we suggest selecting the larger size.

Can I personalise my bracelet?

Yes. Each bracelet can be personalised with initials, names, or symbols to create a unique, custom piece. Simply enter your personalisation details in the boxes on the product page before checkout.

How long does shipping take?

We offer free worldwide shipping.
Estimated delivery times:

  • UK, EU, US, Canada: 5–14 business days

  • Rest of world: 7–17 business days


Do you accept returns?

Because each bracelet is personalised specifically for you, we cannot accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or faulty. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days and we will resolve it promptly.

Can I change my personalisation after placing an order?

If you need to adjust your initials or name, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. After this time, your bracelet may have already entered the customisation stage and changes may not be possible.

Yes. We ship to all countries at no extra cost.
