Processing Time

All personalised bracelets require 1–3 business days for customisation and quality checks before shipping.

Shipping Times

We offer free worldwide shipping.
Estimated delivery times:

  • UK, EU, US, Canada: 5–14 business days

  • Rest of world: 7–17 business days

These times are estimates and may vary slightly during busy seasons or holidays.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow up to 3 days for tracking updates to appear.

Address Errors

Please ensure your address is correct at checkout. Once an order is processed, we may not be able to change delivery details.


Refund & Returns Policy

Because each bracelet is personalised specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your bracelet arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo or video of the issue

We will replace the item or offer an appropriate solution.

Order Changes

You may request changes to your personalisation within 2 hours of placing your order.
After this time, your bracelet may already be in production and changes may not be possible.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Personalised bracelets

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse

  • Orders placed with an incorrect address provided by the customer

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your parcel is marked as delivered by the courier but you cannot locate it, please contact your local postal service first. If the issue remains unresolved, reach out to us and we will assist you.
